Small appliance wholesaler and distributor with its own warehouse
ELBIS is a family-run wholesaler from Bielsko-Biała, Poland, trading since 1990. In home appliances and audio we supply high-street shops, online shops and marketplace sellers.
The core of the range is small appliances: kitchen equipment, irons, vacuum cleaners, heaters and fans. Large appliances, meaning washing machines and fridges, are stocked in a narrower selection. On the audio side we carry radios, clock radios and speakers. We do not sell televisions or home cinema.
All goods are held in one warehouse in Bielsko-Biała. On the same account and the same invoice you can also order household chemicals, baby products and kitchenware.

Kettles, mixers, toasters, irons and vacuum cleaners sell all year and they are what builds a shop's steady turnover. It pays to keep them on the shelf at several price points, because customers compare models on the spot.
The second group is seasonal. Heaters, fan heaters and electric blankets sell from the first cold days until the end of winter, while fans and travel coolers sell from May to August. These lines are ordered ahead, before the season starts.
The third group is what customers come back for: filters, cartridges, vacuum bags and descalers. The unit price is low, but they bring the same customer into the shop several times a year.
Product complaints and transport damage
You report a complaint to your account manager. We confirm receipt and keep you informed of its status.
Check the delivery while the courier is present. If the carton is damaged, complete a damage report with the courier. Damage you only notice after unpacking should be reported to us without delay, within 7 days of delivery at the latest; keep the packaging.

- Prices
- Your individual price list is visible after login. Before you open an account, your account manager will quote the items you ask about.
- Minimum order
- You place the first order without committing to any turnover. The logistics minimum is agreed with your account manager to fit your business.
- Payment
- Prepayment or cash on delivery to start with. Deferred payment terms are opened as the cooperation develops.
- Dispatch
- Orders placed on a working day by early afternoon are picked the same day and handed to the courier.
- Collection
- Free of charge at our warehouse at ul. Boruty-Spiechowicza 39 in Bielsko-Biała, by appointment.
- Ordering
- The B2B platform runs around the clock. It shows your price list, stock levels, order history, invoices and account balance.
