ELBIS Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, supplies online shops registered in Poland with home appliances, household chemicals, baby products and homeware: 260+ brands and 10,000+ products in rotation from one warehouse. An online shop buys goods into its own stock, with an individual price list and live stock levels in the B2B platform, and we ship by courier across Poland. We do not offer dropshipping or XML feeds. Wholesale accounts are free and currently open to companies with a Polish VAT ID (NIP); other countries can leave a request.
What an online shop gets
One source for several categories: small appliances (Bosch, Zelmer, Philips, MPM), household chemicals (Finish, Lovela, Vanish, Ariel), baby products and toys (LEGO, Chicco, Kinderkraft) and home and kitchenware (Tescoma, Fiskars, Mepal). Everything on one invoice and in one delivery.
A B2B platform available around the clock, with a price list for your company, stock levels from our sales system, order history, invoices and account balance. Orders placed on a working day by early afternoon are picked the same day.
A supplier that sells online itself: we run the shop agdperfekt.pl and marketplace accounts with 25,000+ ratings, so we know what really sells. You set your own resale prices; we do not impose them.
What we do not offer online shops
We do not offer dropshipping and do not ship parcels to your customers. We do not provide XML feeds or shop integrations. We sell to shops that buy goods into their own stock and serve their own customers.
Wholesale is currently for companies registered in Poland with a Polish VAT ID. Companies from the Czech Republic and other countries can send a request and will hear from us when wholesale opens in their country.
Questions from online shops
Do you offer dropshipping or an XML feed?
No. We sell from our own warehouse to shops that buy goods into their own stock. We do not ship to end customers and do not provide a product feed.
Can I resell your goods on Allegro, Amazon or another marketplace?
The sales channel is your decision. We open wholesale accounts for companies registered in Poland, and you set your own resale prices: competition law does not allow us to impose them and we do not try to.
Can a newly founded company buy wholesale?
Yes. A Polish VAT ID is enough, sole traders included, even if the company was registered recently. The first orders are paid in advance or on delivery, without applications or waiting; deferred payment terms are opened as the cooperation develops.
I am an online shop based outside Poland. Can I order?
Not today. Wholesale accounts are currently for companies registered in Poland and we do not ship wholesale orders abroad. Leave a request in the form and we will contact you when wholesale opens in your country; the Czech Republic is next.
How many products can I order and what is the minimum?
We have 10,000+ products in rotation per year from 260+ brands. You place the first order without any turnover commitment; the logistics minimum is agreed with your account manager to fit your shop.
How fast do I get an account?
You leave your VAT ID, an account manager calls back within 1 business day to agree on terms, and the account with an individual price list is activated within 24 hours of verification.
