Wholesale appliances for retailers

Businesses buy wholesale: shops, online stores, marketplace sellers and chains. We currently open wholesale accounts for companies registered in Poland (Polish VAT ID, NIP); companies from Czechia and other countries can send a request in the B2B zone form, and we will get in touch when we launch in their country. Private individuals do not buy wholesale, but they can find the whole catalogue with home delivery in our store agdperfekt.pl (mimiadum.cz for Czech customers).

Companies registered in Poland leave their Polish VAT ID (NIP) in the B2B zone form: an account manager calls back within 1 business day, agrees your purchasing profile and terms, and you receive a login to the platform with an individual price list within 24 hours of verification. The account is free and the first order needs no turnover declaration. Companies from other countries can send a request in the same form.

Everything leaves one warehouse at Boruty-Spiechowicza 39 in Bielsko-Biała: wholesale pallets, online-store parcels and marketplace orders. We sell wholesale to companies in Poland and retail to customers in Poland and Czechia, over 200,000 customers a year in total; orders can also be collected in person during office hours.

Both, because these are two sides of the same work. As a wholesaler we sell goods to shops from our own warehouse in Bielsko-Biała — from a single pallet to regular deliveries. As a distributor we take on a manufacturer's brand: we buy it into our own stock and bring it into shops, onto Allegro, Empik and Erli, and to consumers in Czechia. A shop looking for a supplier goes to the B2B zone; a manufacturer looking for a distributor goes to the page for manufacturers.

Yes, if your company is registered in Poland. A shop with no physical outlet gets the same terms as anyone else: an account against a Polish VAT ID (NIP), an individual price list and stock levels visible in the B2B platform after logging in. We ship ordered goods by courier to your company's address, or you can collect them in person in Bielsko-Biała. We do not offer dropshipping or an XML feed.

Not wholesale orders. Wholesale orders ship only within Poland, to companies registered in Poland, from our warehouse in Bielsko-Biała. Our own online shop mimiadum.cz delivers retail orders to consumers in Czechia. Companies from other countries can send a request in the B2B zone form, and we will contact them when wholesale opens in their country.

No. ELBIS Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000052797, EU VAT PL9372333033, is based in Bielsko-Biała and trades in appliances, household chemicals and baby products; our retail brand is AGD Perfekt. The EL-BIS electrical wholesaler from Racibórz (el-bis.pl), the ELBIS energy engineering company from Rogowiec (elb2.pl) and the EL-BIS and ELBIS firms from Warsaw, Gdańsk or Postomino are unrelated to us.

Both, plus baby products and home goods. Household chemicals are a separate category, including Lovela, Finish, Vizir, Ariel and Air Wick. Appliances include Bosch, Zelmer, Amica, MPM and Philips. Everything is ordered on one account, from one warehouse in Bielsko-Biała and on one invoice.

The account is free, with no subscription and no entry fees. A company registered in Poland enters its VAT ID (NIP) in the B2B zone form, an account manager calls back within one working day, and the login to the platform with an individual price list arrives within 24 hours of verification. The first order needs no turnover declaration.

Today wholesale accounts are opened only for companies registered in Poland. A company from any other country can send a request in the same B2B zone form: we record it and get in touch when wholesale opens in its country. Czechia is next in line. Consumers in Czechia already buy from our online shop mimiadum.cz.

ELBIS Sp. z o.o. has been in the Polish company register since 2001 (KRS 0000052797, EU VAT PL9372333033), trading since 1990, run by the third generation of the family. Public proof: over 25,000 positive ratings in 12 months on our Allegro accounts, 98.5% recommendations overall, and the “Official Lovela store” and “Authorised Bosch distributor” accounts in the Allegro Brand Zone.
