Your first order comes with no turnover declarations and no commitments for the future — we want you to test us in practice. Logistics terms, including the logistics minimum, are agreed with your account manager around your company's profile.

First orders are prepaid or cash on delivery, with no applications and no waiting. Deferred terms open up as the partnership develops, and we may then ask for your company's registration documents. You learn the rules and the credit limit from your account manager before you place an order.

We don't hide it: we run agdperfekt.pl and marketplace accounts, and that is where the reviews we quote come from. For you it means a supplier who knows this market from the inside and can tell what actually sells. You set your own resale prices — competition law does not let us dictate them, and we do not try.

You report a claim to your account manager; we confirm receipt and keep you posted on progress. If the parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to write up a damage report on delivery. Damage you only notice after unpacking should be reported to us without delay, within 7 days of delivery at the latest; keep the packaging and photos.

Yes. There is no entry threshold measured in turnover and no requirement to run a chain: we open a wholesale account for any company with a Polish VAT ID (NIP), including sole traders and shops that are only just opening. A single shop gets the same account manager as a chain, and terms follow what you actually buy rather than how big your company is.

Orders placed on a working day by early afternoon are picked the same day and collected by the courier before the warehouse closes. Goods ship from a single location in Bielsko-Biała, so nothing waits for transfers between warehouses. Orders can also be collected in person once you agree a time with your account manager.

We show wholesale prices after verifying the company, because they are individual — they depend on what you buy and how often, not on a single table for everyone. When you speak to your account manager you can name a dozen or so items you care about and get prices for them before ordering anything. The account is free and commits you to nothing.

We record your request together with what you are interested in and send a confirmation with the request number to your e-mail. Today we do not open wholesale accounts for companies outside Poland and do not ship wholesale orders abroad; we will contact you at the address you gave when wholesale opens in your country. The Czech Republic is next in line. We do not require a Polish VAT ID or any documents at this stage.

Yes. The seller and issuer of the invoice is always ELBIS Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała, EU VAT PL9372333033. Invoices, order history and the account balance are available in the B2B platform after login, so you do not need to ask for them by e-mail.

No. The account is opened for a VAT ID, not for premises. An online shop, an Allegro seller or a company buying goods for its own use gets the same terms as a physical shop. We ship by courier to the company address or hand the goods over at collection in Bielsko-Biała. We do not offer dropshipping or XML feeds.

It is the wholesale ordering portal you get access to after your company is verified. It runs around the clock. It shows your individual price list, live stock levels from our system, order history, invoices and account balance. An order placed on a working day by early afternoon is picked the same day and handed to the courier.
